The Citadel is the largest, mostly underground, Omni Modus owned facility in The African Empire, located in the centrally in the small sector of Rwanda. It is composed like most other OM facilities, in 4 main departments each comprised of 3 smaller sub-departments. It is democratically run and mantained by the local OM members utilizing it.
The facility and the surrounding area is used mostly for education, scientific/technological advancement, housing, permaculture farming and as a high-tech military base.
